So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can flaunt your new purchases?
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- The estimated delivery time for each piece is the mentioned in the products detailed page.
- Delivery time for your order starts from the Date of Order Confirmation.
- The orders will be packaged with utmost care and precaution to ensure its safety during transportation.
- Shipping costs:
- For all orders within India, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 15,000/-
- For all international orders, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 25,000/-
- For orders below the required range, we charge a small amount of shipping cost according to your country/destination.
- For deliveries within India, the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of the taxes and duties.
- For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. This amount is determined according to your country’s policies.
- We will be using trustworthy and reliable courier services including Merchant Courier, DHL Express, Blue Dart.
- Shipping starts from the day you receive the “ Your Order Has Shipped!” email
- A tracking number and link to the courier company will be provided to you so that you can keep a check on all your goodies.
- anantam’s solutions to problems that can arise during this process:
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that a designer may not be able to produce your piece. We will be offering you an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order can be delayed. If the delay is beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, we will take your approval to continue/ cancel the order by offering a full refund.
